. They are based in Leeds and have been running since 1997. This is a permanent graduate developer role. No prior coding experience required. The £60k salary in Leeds is high by design. TPP uses it to attract smart graduates and train them from scratch. Worth knowing: Glassdoor reviews sit at 2.3/5 from 292 reviews, with a number of former employees describing the culture negatively. The role is fully onsite in Leeds. Key Responsibilities
