About the Role

• A production infrastructure engineering role working on the systems that deploy and run Palantir's platforms at customer sites

• You work on Rubix, Apollo, and Mission Manager, the infrastructure that underpins Foundry and Gotham in production

• Deployments include cloud, on-premises, and classified/secure environments

• You are paired with a mentor and own projects end-to-end

Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining Kubernetes-based deployment infrastructure

• Working on Apollo (fleet-wide deployment and change management for microservices)

• Building observability and alerting tools (Grafana, Signals)

• Supporting deployments into secure and classified environments

• Collaborating with customers including defence and civil government agencies

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or related field
Experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar
Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, or front-end frameworks

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Kubernetes, Cilium, Envoy, or Grafana
